Hanna Experience was engaged as an external production partner of the Volleyball Nations League in Belgrade, focusing on the creative and operational execution of the in-venue sport presentation.
While the client defined the core activation concepts, our team developed all graphic and visual assets, managed live event coordination, and oversaw the on-site implementation of entertainment segments throughout the competition.
Interactive activations included:
Launch T-Shirt, Fun Prediction, Wheel of Fortune, Audience Wave, Cheer Up!, Kiss Cam, Cry Cam, Dance Cam, and Look-A-Like Cam — each designed to enhance crowd engagement and elevate the overall arena experience. Through precise production and creative direction, Hanna Experience helped bring energy, rhythm, and emotion to every match moment.

Our team was responsible for the sport presentation, creative direction, and full live experience of the ATP 250 Belgrade Open — from the visual design of the player tunnel to the interactive entertainment program inside and outside the arena.
The Fan Zone, specially designed for children, became the tournament’s liveliest area — a playful space where young visitors engaged in themed games connected with in-venue activations.
Activities that started in the Fan Zone often continued in the main court, turning the entire event into a seamless interactive story.
Audience activations included:
Play With Us, Trivia Quiz, Baby Face Cam, Lucky Seat, Look-Alike Cam, Kiss Cam, Happy Dance, Dream Wall, and the Light Show with live audience participation.
The highlight of the event was the Closing Ceremony — a 9-minute projection mapping and interactive performance fully conceived and produced by the Hanna Experience creative team.
Two months of preparation culminated in a visually stunning and emotionally charged finale that closed the tournament in true world-class fashion.

The first major milestone for the newly formed Hanna Experience / Production team — and the beginning of an ongoing collaboration with the European Aquatics (EA) family.
Hanna Experience was engaged only 45 days before the start of the championship, tasked with delivering a full sport presentation concept and live operations for one of Europe’s largest aquatic events.
The competition included Diving, Open Water Swimming, Artistic Swimming, and Swimming disciplines, with over 650 athletes across three venues in Belgrade.
Our responsibilities covered the complete creative design and setup of venue screens, live content editing, music direction, and protocol management for ceremonies and medal awards.
Each discipline had its own dedicated team — including sport presentation managers, assistants, editors, DJs, announcers, and photographers — working in perfect coordination.
Photos taken on-site were processed in real time and instantly returned to the venue for live use, ensuring that every athlete’s moment was celebrated as it happened.
Delivering a project of this scale under such a short timeline proved the strength, precision, and commitment of the Hanna Experience team — establishing a long-term partnership with the European Aquatics family.
Hanna Production managed complete backstage production and logistics for the Rammstein concert in Belgrade — one of the largest and most technically complex shows ever organized in Serbia.
Our team coordinated artist and crew hospitality, production office setup, catering operations, and local crew scheduling across multiple working zones.
Special attention was given to security, HSE protocols, backstage coordination due to the scale of Rammstein’s touring infrastructure.
Working closely with the German tour management and stage engineers, Hanna Experience ensured flawless communication, daily synchronisation of schedules, and precise execution of all backstage workflows.
The result was a seamless integration of international and local teams — executed to the second, as required by Rammstein’s world-class touring standards.
For Ed Sheeran’s record-breaking concert in Belgrade, Hanna Production led the entire backstage management and coordination, ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments.
Our scope included artist and crew hospitality, production offices setup, access control and accreditation, transportation and catering, and local crew scheduling.
The event required a high degree of adaptability, as the show integrated international touring protocols with local infrastructure and logistics.
Through precise communication with Ed Sheeran’s management and touring crew, we delivered on-time, high-standard operations and guaranteed a seamless backstage experience that supported one of the most-watched live performances ever held in Serbia.
For the acclaimed Russian artist Zemfira, Hanna Production provided full backstage support and coordination during her concert in Belgrade. Our role covered artist hospitality, crew logistics, backstage layout design, local production assistance, and run-of-show communication with Zemfira’s management team.
The project was marked by a smaller, more intimate production format, demanding close coordination, detailed timing, and a personal approach to artist relations.
Hanna Experience ensured that every aspect of backstage operation — from dressing-room preparation to technical crew flow — was handled with precision and discretion, providing a smooth and comfortable working environment for the touring team.
