Hanna Production managed complete backstage production and logistics for the Rammstein concert in Belgrade — one of the largest and most technically complex shows ever organized in Serbia. Our team coordinated artist and crew hospitality, production office setup, catering operations, and local crew scheduling across multiple working zones. Special attention was given to security, HSE protocols, and backstage coordination due to the scale of Rammstein's touring infrastructure. Working closely with the German tour management and stage engineers, Hanna Experience ensured flawless communication, daily synchronisation of schedules, and precise execution of all backstage workflows. The result was a seamless integration of international and local teams — executed to the second, as required by Rammstein's world-class touring standards.
